Coach to the Spiritual Souls agrees to serve each client with respect and to uphold the worth of each Spiritual Soul. It is to be known that your coach will serve you to the privileged standards Coach to the Spiritual Souls has set for each of their client's outcomes. However individual outcomes will depend entirely on their full participation when in session and their commitment to self and the ongoing maintenance of the highest self’s advice offered or advice given. If you feel that you may have set an unrealistic tone about what you can expect, we believe this will assist in preventing misunderstandings or inflated expectations. 

Whilst it is important that each session is held as effectively and successfully as professionally intended - we do trust that you, the client understands that we do all we can to minimize any potential misunderstandings or dissatisfaction from clients when unforeseeable technical issues arise. We also trust that this proactive communication allows our clients to be more understanding and patient should any technical issue interrupt the booked session. Whist the technical team will do all within their power to reconnect both Coach and Client back to the session/online room and space. We will honor and rebook any session that is not able to be reconnected within a twenty minute period within the sessions time frame given. We ask that you stay patiently on the line and in the same link for up to 20 minutes. Whereby you will receive a rescheduling link via email as soon as admin is able.
