Coach to the Spiritual Souls is a New Zealand-based life coaching service that offers support in spiritual growth, personal development, and emotional well-being. Services are delivered through one-on-one sessions, group coaching, and online materials.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing this site, booking a session, or using our services, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you don’t accept them, please do not use our services.
3. New Zealand Law Applies
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes will be handled by New Zealand courts unless otherwise agreed.
4. Services Disclaimer
We are not registered medical professionals, psychologists, or counsellors. Our services are intended to support and guide, not replace professional mental health, legal, or financial advice.
5. Bookings & Cancellations
All bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded.
No-shows will be charged in full.
6. Fees & Payment
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.
Payments must be made in advance via the methods accepted on the website.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
7. Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not generally provided for completed sessions. If you are unhappy with a session, please contact us within 7 days to discuss options.
8. Intellectual Property
All content (including text, images, resources, and course materials) provided through our services remains our intellectual property. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
9. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for their own well-being, decisions, and actions throughout the coaching journey. Coaching is a collaborative process, and progress depends on your commitment.
10. Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to us. Information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., if someone’s safety is at risk).
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or harm resulting from your use of our services or website.
